At Lejaan , we pay attention to even the smallest details. Whether it's the sewing process or the final product, every stitch matters to us. In this article, you will learn how we approach production, why we stand by the importance of manual labor, and why we tear our fabrics.
Responsible Approach
In an era of globalization, automation, and mass production, the human element is often lost in manufacturing, which frequently migrates to large corporations. The process begins to lack the human touch and attention to detail, which can lead to lower product quality. From the very beginning, we at Lejaan decided to think differently.
All of our bedding is sewn in smaller workshops, where we build on artisan traditions and maintain personal relationships. This proximity allows us to produce textiles of premium quality, over which we have absolute control.

Thanks to manual production, we oversee every single piece.
Quality First
When selecting suppliers, we emphasize transparency, openness to innovation, and the ability to build long-term relationships. This combination helps us continually push boundaries and ensure the highest possible quality from the very start of production.
Every piece is thoroughly inspected throughout the entire production process. At Lejaan , you won't find a centimeter of fabric that hasn't passed through human hands. Our emphasis on detail and manual work is also why we chose the tearing method instead of cutting yardage.

Why We Tear Fabrics During Production
The tearing method allows us to maintain strict warp and weft lines, which is crucial for preventing seam twisting. This deformation is, on the other hand, a common part of the yardage cutting process – a technique commonly used in mass production and industrial plants. Tearing fabric, however, is applied in smaller workshops and in the manual production of products that require firm and precise cuts. Despite the more demanding process, tearing is an essential step for us to achieve perfection.

Tearing helps us get the perfect rectangle for sewing a flawless cover.
Bedding with Functional Details
We focus on details not only in production but also in the final construction of our products.
Our bedding features a proven hotel pocket enhanced with smart stitching in the corners. This combination ensures easy dressing, keeps the duvet in place, and eliminates unnecessary, short-lived fastening elements for good. For the largest sizes of our bedding , we also sew on practical ties that serve as a safeguard to keep the filling in place.
Practical improvements to Lejaan fitted sheets include elastic bands for a perfectly tight fit and a short side label for easier dressing.

At Lejaan, we strive for maximum quality, which is why we pay attention to even the smallest details.
