How to properly care for bedding with TENCEL™ Lyocell?
TENCEL™ Lyocell is a more delicate material than cotton. We recommend always drying the bedding and sheets inside out, and washing them inside out, with a very small amount of fabric softener, or even without it.
How often do you recommend washing bedding?
You can trust our materials, they can withstand very frequent washing. We recommend washing the bedding every 7-10 days. The care of terry cloth depends on the intensity of use. With normal use, we recommend washing towels at most every 7 days. For each collection, you will find more detailed information on proper care.
How to dry bedding with TENCEL™ Lyocell?
Following numerous experiences of ours, and especially of our customers, we have decided to change the labelling on all bedding collections to confirm safe use of the tumble dryer on a gentle cycle. We recommend turning inside out when drying. For collections that have already been sewn, where the label does not recommend tumble drying, we ask for your understanding.
Should I worry about the bedding shrinking or the cover shapes changing?
Bed linen (duvet covers, sheets) slightly shrinks after washing. We account for this during manufacturing; the fibers firm up and then fit beautifully. This is not exclusive to Lejaan products; every material has its specific properties that need to be considered. Shrinkage is a natural characteristic of cotton and does not affect the quality of the bedding. Therefore, it slightly shrinks after washing and then stretches out again with use. This is a natural cycle for products made from cotton and cotton blends.
How should I wash terry cloth (towels, bath towels, bathrobes)?
Our long-loop terry is of high quality and will serve you for many years. All terry products must be washed at least once in a washing machine at the recommended temperature before use. Towels and bathrobes should be washed separately, as washing removes residual dyes and manufacturing impurities. The first wash also helps to fix the loops in the fabric. This is a natural process that ensures a longer lifespan for all terry products.
Can I dry the bed linen and sheets outside?
If you are drying your bedding outside, we recommend turning it inside out and not exposing it to direct sunlight. We choose the best materials for our bedding, and sunlight is not good for them. If you have large windows in your bedroom, throw a throw or bedspread over the bedding to preserve the color fastness.
How to dry knitted throws and decorative pillows?
Care for our knitted throws and pillows the same way you would for your favorite sweater. Do not use a dryer; instead, lay them flat and let them air dry. Avoid stretching and hanging, which can alter the original shape of knitwear.
How to care for throws and decorative pillows?
All knitted and woven materials are generally more susceptible to snagging, so we recommend careful handling. Both throws and cushion covers can be machine washed at 30 °C. Do not tumble dry or iron; rather, allow them to air dry.
Where are the loops located on the hand towels and bath towels?
We sew loops onto cotton and hemp towels and bath towels of all sizes. They are located in the middle of the shorter side of the towel. This allows the towels to stretch out to their full length and dry faster.

To help you find inspiration and make your decisions more easily from the comfort of your home, we have put together the Lejaan swatch book. Choose by colours, materials, or have a swatch book of all our bedding collections sent to you. Along with your order, you will also receive a voucher for the value of the purchased swatch book, which you can redeem on your next purchase.
Registration and Orders
Is it possible to change or cancel an order after confirmation?
Did you enter an incorrect size, colour, or delivery details? Unfortunately, the system does not allow for subsequent changes to an order. We recommend contacting our customer support at customerservice@lejaan.cz or +420 722 920 930 to cancel your order. We'll be happy to help you, and if you've already paid, we'll refund the amount immediately.
Do I have to register before ordering?
You don't need to register to place an order. However, registered users have access to their order history, so they don't have to remember dimensions or colors. We also recommend subscribing to our newsletter, where you'll be the first to know about premium promotions and news from the world of Lejaan.
How can I track the current status of my order?
Our team will inform you by email about order acceptance and handover to the carrier. We usually dispatch packages within 2 working days of order confirmation.
I can't log into my customer account. What should I do?
After creating a profile on www.lejaan.cz, you will receive an activation email, which you need to confirm. Please also check your spam folder, just in case we ended up there. Once activated, you can log in to your profile and start shopping.
How do I know the order is confirmed?
After completing your order, please wait to be redirected to our website, where we will confirm that everything went smoothly. We also always send a confirmation email.
How do I use a gift voucher?
1. Log in or register to your account at www.lejaan.cz by clicking on the silhouette in the top right corner.
2. Click on the page My Credit and enter the voucher code into the Redeem gift voucher field.
3. Click Verify. The credit will then be added to your account, ready to be transformed into Lejaan joy.
How to use a discount code?
Enter the discount code in the dedicated field in the first step of the shopping cart. Only one discount code can be used per order. If you encounter any problems using the code, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support at customerservice@lejaan.cz or +420 725 436 172.
I haven't received an invoice/email for my order.

Order Packing
How are the shipments packaged?
We ensure that the goods are handled with the utmost care during transit to you – just as you will be comfortable in them later. For hygienic reasons, the fillings are individually vacuum-packed in packaging with the given size label. When packing products, we choose the most suitable dimensions for the shipping box based on your order. This way, we try to minimize any inconvenience with the weight of the shipment when it is delivered to you. Bulkier shipments are sometimes divided into multiple packages. The carrier will provide you with detailed information in an informational email.
Collection points and larger shipments
Due to the nature of the orders, we do not ship fillings and larger orders to collection points. If you want to order a larger shipment, we recommend choosing a private address where Lejaan will be happy to deliver it to you. You can easily find out whether your shipment can be delivered to a collection point during the ordering process in the shopping cart.
What are the packaging options in the cart?
Standard Packaging
Our standard packaging exceeds all standards. We use fully recyclable packaging with Lejaan details and include the invoice with the order.
Eco-friendly Packaging
Less is sometimes more. With the eco-friendly option, we don't create additional packaging materials and send the invoice electronically.
Gift Packaging
If you want to give the order as a gift, we recommend our packaging with tissue paper, a ribbon, and a personalized dedication.
Shipping
What is the delivery time for items that are in stock?
We regularly restock and thus ensure constant availability of the entire Lejaan assortment. If the item you have chosen is in stock, we will ship it the next business day. The total delivery time is around 3-5 days, depending on the chosen carrier.
What is the delivery time for out-of-stock items?
All collections and sizes are permanently available, and we regularly restock them. If a product is sold out, it is a temporary situation and it will soon be back in stock. If you have chosen an item or quantity that is currently sold out, you can inquire about its availability at info@lejaan.cz.
To which countries do you deliver orders?
Currently, our e-shop offers shipping options within the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We arrange shipping to other EU countries individually. If you are interested, please contact us at customerservice@lejaan.cz with your selection and shipping address. We will then take care of the calculation and delivery options for Lejaan to you, wherever you are.
When am I eligible for free shipping?
If your order value exceeds CZK 5000, we offer you free shipping to any address within the Czech Republic and Slovakia. This benefit is automatically applied at checkout and no special code needs to be entered.
Returns and Complaints
What are the return conditions for goods?
You have 30 days to decide, and if you didn't get the size right or you liked a different color, you can return your Lejaan without giving a reason. If it's a return after the deadline, we handle each request individually. If you're unsure, don't hesitate to contact our customer support. Returned goods must be unused and unwashed.
What is the return period for goods?
If for any reason your shipment did not meet your expectations, you can simply return it within 30 days without stating a reason. Returns are free, and we process refunds as quickly as possible after receiving the goods.

Do I have to return the goods in their original packaging?
If you are returning goods within the 30-day cooling-off period, you must keep the original product packaging, which for fillings means the original vacuum-sealed packaging. It is better to use the original boxes, but if you use other boxes, that's fine. Just please pack and seal everything carefully for safe transport.
