Dispute Resolution
The Seller handles out-of-court consumer complaints via the email address customerservice@lejaan.cz. The Seller will send information on the resolution of the Customer's complaint to the Customer in accordance with these GTC. Should a consumer dispute arise between the Seller and the Customer from a contract that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the Customer may submit a proposal for out-of-court resolution of such a dispute to the designated out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body, which is:
