How can I redeem my points?
Once you log in to your account, go to the "Rewards" section on the loyalty program page. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for rewards.
What do the different point statuses mean?
Approved: Ready for use on rewards.
Pending: Your points are awaiting verification. Typical for recent purchases and referrals.
Cancelled: Not added to your account, for example, if a purchase was cancelled.
